As an Account Representative, you will have a high level of accountability for customer account functions such as:
Working with customers to manage their accounts
Assisting with vehicle sales and financing
Utilizing collection tools to maximize dealership’s profitability
While customer service is the #1 skill you can bring to our team, the following skills and attributes will be integral to your success:
High school diploma or GED
Previous face-to-face customer service experience or customer care experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed
Goal and solutions-oriented
Ability to adapt, learn and execute in a fast-paced team environment
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
