As a Field Inspector, you will be responsible for driving to various properties and reporting on their general condition. This primarily involves conducting exterior inspections, which typically take 3 to 5 minutes to complete.
**Responsibilities:**
* Driving to properties
* Taking photos of the property
* Determining occupancy
* Noting visual damages
* Submitting information via a mobile application
**Qualifications:**
We are willing to train the right candidate. The following are key requirements for this position:
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
* Ability to drive for extended periods
* A smartphone capable of submitting results via a mobile application
* Must be able to pass a background check
* GPS with routing capabilities
* Excellent time management skills
* Access to an internet connection
