Looking for a construction crew to build exterior stairs / deck and landing. Must be able to follow instructions and drawings (permitted drawings). NOTE: If you are solo and do not have a crew you will be working with someone you may not know.
Must have:
1) Reliable Transportation (Truck to pick up supplies when needed from HD/Lowes)
2) Your Own Tools and Jigs
3) Must have experience building Stairs that are built according to the Building code - Porch (THIS IS A MUST - Mandatory)
4) A cellular phone that takes photos
5) Clear communication skills
6) A crew of at least one other person
7) Responsible / Drug Free
8) Special preference to those who live in Evansville (Max commute of 15 mins to downtown Evansville)
Scope includes 'Clean demolition of existing stairs' and repurpose of materials and construction.
This is a 4-5 day project and can extend into other projects.
