Become the Human Resources Director you've always aspired to be
- Plan, organize, and oversee all facets of the Human Resources department to ensure equitable trement of all employees, in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Assume responsibility for fostering an inclusive and productive work environment and culture.
- Implement employee programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a valuable resource to department managers and other employees, acting as the liaison between Home Office HR and hospital management.
- Coordine staff educion programs, oversee workers' compension program, and assist with benefits administrion.
- Direct hospital recruitment and retention program to ensure availability of approprie staffing resources. Serve as a resource to department managers and other employees.
- Celebre the achievements and victories of our dediced employees along the way.
Qualificions
- Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administrion, Hospital Administrion, Business Administrion, or a reled field is required. Work experience may substitute for a four-year degree on a year-for-year basis.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources Management experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SPHR certificion is preferred.
