John Deere 40. Runs and everything appears to work as it should. Left rear tire has sidewall damage (see pictures) from sitting long period of time with flat tire. I know nothing of the history other than previous owner purchased it as a toy. I obtained it with the purchase of piece of property, was sitting inside a building. All I have done to it is clean points, change the battery, put air in tires, check oil and add coolant and wash it. Starts and runs well, tires appear to be holding air. Did put a new seat cushion on it, old one departed while in transport. The tractor is missing the serial number plate. Has a 12 volt battery in it but no functional charging system.
