The story:
Once upon a time, a responsible teenage boy worked like crazy for two years and saved his money. His goal was to buy a Prius so he wouldn’t have to spend his hard-earned money on lots of gas. He lovingly took care of that car with almost daily car washes and weekly vacuuming. His girlfriend’s boyfriend broke the console at one point because…well…teenagers. But the console is still functional. He lost a wheel cover at some point, so it may be living in a ditch or near a pothole that Evansville is famous for.
Fast forward a few years, and that boy moved to Chicago to live the big city life. After realizing it’s not the most car-friendly city, he decided to forego the car and just walk everywhere or take the public transit.
Here’s where the lucky part is for you! He’s selling it. So if you’re looking for a car that won’t cost you an arm and a leg in gas (since you’ll need to save that money for your CenterPoint bill), look no further!
It needs an oil change and new brakes. If you know how to do those things, then it will be no big deal for you. If you don’t, I’ll knock a few hundred bucks off so a professional can perform those tasks. It would probably benefit from a good detail, too. And since the boy is in Chicago, he can’t clean it. Could I clean it? Sure. Will I? Nope. It does run great and has a brand new battery, so that’s a bonus!
