We are looking for a Personal Lines Client Service Associe to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a collaborive environment. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and obtain your insurance license while making a meaningful impact on our clients and team.
As a Client Service Associe, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Personal Lines department by assisting with quotes, policy changes, carrier research, and documention. You’ll also help ensure smooth communicion with clients and carriers while contributing to the overall success of the team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. You’ll also support business activities and you will work closely with the team to achieve shared goals, nurture relionships with clients, and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards are met. By maintaining accure client and policy da within Gallagher systems and using our technology to improve productivity, you’ll help us deliver exceptional results.
Some of your job duties will include the following:
Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic mh skills.
Preferred: Associe's degree, professional certificion, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relionships.
Behaviors: Exceptional organizional skills, Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communicion skills.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compension package. The base salary range represents the anticiped low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compension will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, educion, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
