Virtual Assistant
We need a Virtual Assistant who can provide Basic Secretarial skills and has knowledge and experience with the ability to perform work in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge of VoIP is also very important.
Must be able to make and Receive telephone calls and be able to be a telemarketer
Be able to make sales calls and to operate within QuickBooks. Any experience with accounting principles would be helpful.
Must be able to operate within a CRM System. Experience with Zoho CRM and knowledge of the Zoho One System.
We are starting very small but be able to grow the company to very large.
Must be a US Citizen and living in the US and be able to pass a background check.
