I'm looking for a Nice 2 Bedroom house or apartment for rent. Occupants would be my 2 year old son and I. I have a consistant employment record and am never late on my rental payments. (current landlord will give great reference). I am moving because my current lease is almost up and I would like to have some sort of a yard for my boy. We would prefer 2 bedrooms, fenced in yard, and something with a dish washer possibly on the northside of Evansville however i am flexible and open to discussion. I currently pay around $500.00 a month for rent. We are clean and DO NOT have pets and we have no intentions on changing that. So no extra wear and tear on your property. I am paying over $600/mo right now on a big motel room and would prefer to have a kitchen and it might even be nice to share a place with a friendly person.

I can afford $250-$450/mo depending on the size of the place, total cost, amenities. Must be furnished (at least a bed for me) and must have a kitchen where I can cook for myself at least twice a day.

I am currently looking for a place on November,6th 2009. I'd be willing to share a place with the right person. I would prefer to live with someone that keeps a clean house but doesn't have to be perfect. I really just want someone that keeps the garbage picked up and taken out and the dishes cleaned, in other words please don't be a slob.

I also have no time for flops or junkies. If you want to spend your rent money on drugs than you are better off not to even reply. I'm also a straight edged guy and I am not wanting to live with anyone that is looking for anything in a sexual nature so please please don't contact me if you are because I'll figure you fast! I posted awhile back and had some real odd ducks reply to me. I ended up staying where I'm at now.

The reason I'm moving is the house is too crowded and I'd really like to live with someone along a more laid back lifestyle. I'm a 24 year old straight Male. I can accommodate and handle a drinker and a smoker. 420 is cool just as long as its not a problem or your reckless.

Where the smoking takes place is up for discussion, but keep in mind that I do smoke cigarettes but I'm willing to go outside to light up if it bothers you

If you know how to cook than bring the pots and pans because theres nothing like a home cooked meal. I cook a little myself but here as of late I haven't been doing too much of as the people I'm staying with live off of frozen pizza and pizza rolls and don't eat good. I'm burnt out on it and its not healthy. Besides smoking cigarettes and a drink here and there, I pretty much like to take care of myself and keep groceries in the house. Hopefully this sounds along along the lines of someone you could live with.
