I get up 6am - 8am. I go to bed 10pm - 12am. My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I never have overnight guests. I party rarely, and never at home. I do not have any pets.
Right now I am living in a one bedroom apartment downtown. It is cute, but old and so it is freezing in the winter and a sauna in the summer. I would like to find something more energy efficient and closer to USI.
I am looking for either an inexpensive, one bedroom apartment, or a female roommate who is responsible, clean, pays bills on time and does not smoke in the house - ever. I do not mind pets as long as they are well maintained.

My wife and I are originally from Evansville, IN, we moved to Nashville, TN three years ago. We are looking to move back fairly quickly and we are looking for a home, in which the owners would be willing to do a lease w/option to buy. Currently we are in that situation with are present home, which is a 3 Bed, 2 Bath, 1700 sqft, 2.5 car garage, brick ranch,built in 2001, in which we pay $1125 a month and have for 2 1/2 years. Our current landlord, who doesn't want us to leave, will give a good reference for us. We both have very good careers and have been in our current fields for more than 10 years. We do not have children and are both in our 30's. Our first area choice is the Northside, then Newburgh, then the Eastside and so forth. Something with a smaller deposit is helpful!! We get an allotment from the US Army everymonth on the 1st of 851.00 which is sufficient enough to take care of rent until my fiance finds a job!
